Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Compliance and Surveillance Program at the Nevada Test Site

Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) at the Cheyenne Mountain Air Force Base in Colorado

SPCC at the Y-12 Plant in Tennessee

PAI supported the Y-12 Plant in complying with the SPCC requirements of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 112, and U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Orders by evaluating the site program and upgrading the program plan.  BACK TO MENU

 
Hazardous Chemical Inventories (HCIs) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers

PAI evaluated HCIs at numerous military reservations. The evaluations were conducted in accordance with the Environmental Compliance Assessment System as well as state and local regulations.  BACK TO MENU

 
Sitewide Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Survey of Fort Campbell

Equipment throughout the base was suspected to be PCB contaminated. PAI determined the PCB content of the sites and equipment in more than 400 facilities based on record reviews and/or sampling and analysis. Because Fort Campbell is located in both Kentucky and Tennessee, regulations of both states were applicable.  BACK TO MENU

 
Sitewide Asbestos Survey at the Y-12 Plant

PAI conducted a comprehensive asbestos survey of 36 process buildings at the Y-12 Plant. PAI collected more than 800 samples, evaluated asbestos-containing materials, and recommended corrective and maintenance activities.  BACK TO MENU

 
Sitewide Asbestos Management Appraisal of the Paducah Gaseous Diffusion Plant in Kentucky

PAI evaluated DOE and site-specific procedures for compliance with asbestos regulations and observed ongoing activities to determine whether they complied with both the site-specific procedures and the applicable regulations.  BACK TO MENU

 
Construction Site Environmental Survey and Clearance at Fort Campbell, Kentucky

PAI performed 23 preconstruction site surveys to identify asbestos; lead-based paints; petroleum, oil, and lubricants; and other hazardous materials that could affect the environment and workers during construction.  BACK TO MENU

 
Hazardous Material Tracking for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA)
