NEPA COMPLIANCE

General:

PAI Corporation (PAI) provides the full range of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) support to our clients. This support includes conducting NEPA compliance assessments as well as preparing environmental impact statements (EISs), environmental assessments (EAs), categorical exclusions (CXs), findings of no significant impact (FONSIs), and records of decision (RODs). PAI has a reputation for minimizing costs by emphasizing existing studies and incorporation by reference.

Many federal agency actions conducted under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) must also address NEPA requirements. PAI has demonstrated effectiveness in streamlining NEPA compliance through integration with other documents.
