Program Management for the NASA/Ames Research Center (ARC)

PAI manages and staffs the occupational safety, industrial hygiene, health physics, medical, and environmental programs at the 2000-acre ARC site. As the prime contractor, PAI is responsible for the full gamut of project management activities on this project to ensure the cost, schedule and quality meet customer expectations. PAI manages the activities of its team’s personnel in providing a wide range of ESH & medical services to approximately 6000 employees on site. PAI’s project management activities include developing site wide program plans within it’s scope of work; developing budgets and schedules, and measuring and reporting progress against them; assuring the right resources are available at the right time; performing audits, self-assessments, follow-up corrective action plans; interface with outside parties; maintaining records and tracking databases; etc. PAI’s performance ratings from this customer have been consistently high.  BACK TO MENU

 
Construction Management at Rocky Flats Environmental Technology Site

PAI managed all Kaiser-Hill Construction Group administrative tasks, including payrolls, personnel, training, badging, and clearances. PAI maintained Construction Group records associated with work in progress and work completed, and interfaced with site area managers to secure new construction work.  BACK TO MENU

 
Program Management for Weldon Spring Site (WSS) Remedial Action Project

PAI provides cost/schedule control support to all DOE project engineers and the WSS project manager. PAI supports DOE in the review, comment, tracking, and reporting of project schedule activities and milestones at WSS. Nuclear Criticality Safety Program at DOE/RL

PAI assisted in establishing a nuclear criticality safety program and supported RL line organizations in the interpretation and implementation of criticality safety requirements. PAI also reviewed and evaluated the RL contractor’s criticality safety documentation and performance.  BACK TO MENU

 
Project Control Support to DOE Hanford Site

PAI provided project control support to the Immobilized Waste Program of the Tank Waste Remediation System Storage and Disposal Program, which included the low-activity waste interim storage, high-activity waste interim storage, and low activity waste disposal facilities.  BACK TO MENU

 
East Tennessee Technology Park (ETTP) Technical Support Contractor Program Management for DOE/OR

PAI provided program management support to DOE for ETTP ER project integration, including the completion of integrated CERCLA/RCRA/NEPA remedial action and D&D activities.  BACK TO MENU

 
Necessary and Sufficient (N&S) Standards Support to NNSA/NV
