PAI provided quality oversight support of SNF
activities and government inspection services during the
fabrication of multi-canister overpack baskets at the
Hanford Site Fabrication Shop. PAI provided services in
the areas of nondestructive testing, welding, machine

including assessment planning, developing plans and
checklists, participating in assessments, and documenting

Weldon Spring Site (WSS) |
|
|
PAI provided QA oversight for the construction of
an on-site disposal facility to manage chemically and
radiologically contaminated wastes located at WSS. The
oversight includes independently verifying that
construction materials (clay soils, high-density
polyethylene liner membranes, sand, and rock) are properly
prepared, installed, and tested in accordance with
approved drawings, specifications and inspections and test
